Richard Montgomery

Richard has been in the insurance industry since 1979.  His experience includes actuarial product development, pension fund work, risk management, reinsurance, training and consulting.

Richard holds the following qualifications:

• B.Sc (Actuarial) from UCT
• Diploma in Actuarial Techniques (Institute of Actuaries)
• Diploma in Finance & Investment (Institute of Actuaries)

Richard is an accredited assessor and moderator in terms of the National Qualifications Framework in South Africa.

Joy Montgomery

Joy supports the business by providing planning and support services, financial management to the company and strategic input.

Shanaaz Bailey

Shanaaz supports the operational management of the company.  She controls the delivery of services by the company, arranges training courses and seminars and is the first port of call for general queries.
